By accessing or using FanLap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FanLap is an independent fan engagement platform that analyzes publicly available social media content to calculate "Aura" points. These points may be redeemable for rewards, merchandise, or experiences, subject to availability and eligibility.

3. Not Affiliated with Formula 1®

IMPORTANT: FanLap is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Formula 1®, Formula One Management Limited, FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile), or any Formula 1® teams, constructors, or drivers. All Formula 1® related trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names mentioned on this platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Social Media Data

By using our Service, you authorize FanLap to access and analyze your publicly available social media content. We only access content that you have made public on your social media platforms. We do not access private messages, private accounts, or non-public content.

6. Aura Points

Aura points are calculated based on our proprietary algorithm analyzing your public social media engagement. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. FanLap reserves the right to modify the point calculation system, rewards catalog, and redemption terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Rewards and Redemptions

Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice. FanLap does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward. Shipping and handling for physical rewards may incur additional costs or requirements.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or bots to artificially inflate engagement
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems

9. Intellectual Property

The FanLap name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FanLap Racing Systems. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

FanLap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
